Labourer

Full Time Position: Minimum 12 years full time experience

Successful applicants will be working in the GTA and York Region on jobsites including office buildings and professional corporate spaces, multi residential low-rise buildings, commercial retail and industrial buildings. A diverse skill set will be required in order to achieve successful completion of various tasks and scopes of work.

Skills Required:

• Working knowledge of various below grade waterproof membranes and installation techniques
• Working with masonary tools, complete small masonary repairs, work with cement and knowledgeable in finishing and curing concrete
• Able to work at heights and below grade
• Minor pipe repairs
• Experience with form work systems and false work
• Tarping and heating areas
• Knowledge of site organization and maintenance of equipment
• Strong communication in English
