Property Manager Technician

Full Time Position: Minimum 12 years full time experience

Successful applicants will be working in the GTA and York Region on jobsites including office buildings and professional corporate spaces, multi residential low-rise buildings, commercial retail and industrial buildings. Technician must be able to complete repair work and small construction projects

Typical work flow will include:

• Drywall and paint repairs
• Door and window repair or replacement
• Troubleshoot issues and know what trade to call
• Install wood or sheet stud
• Carpet, tile and flooring install
• Minor masonry repair
• Install signage
• Interior and exterior building maintenance and debris removal as required
• Strong communication in English

Required: Must have own tools and transportation.

A successful candidate will be prepared to work with a young team and is able to contribute to JDL Builders company culture in a positive way.  Uniforms will be provided.  Certain tools and equipment can be provided as needed.
